what is also coming to light is a possible relationship between COR and Etrade! Did COR tell them that they will try to go after the dividends and that is why they are holding them. Did Etrade get notice and decide that they were not even going to bother fighting for their clients dividends because they already "warned" them!?!?

I have TDA as a broker and I am very proud of how they handled this!!
