I am I the opinion that they would have to secure financing prior to the Canadian deal, it should be a pretty massive order. If they do need this financing they have to become current first, that's based off of Veals last statement. So I am thinking that all of these things are going to happen prior to jan1st, what do u think bump, GS am I way off base here.
