Most people don't know it but the rules that the MM's are using were set up by the SEC. Many MM's are abusing the rules with the naked short selling but it would be hard for the SEC to come in and clean things up when they enacted the biased rules in the first place. My hope is that the MM's eventually realize that they can't destroy NTEK (like they want to) and cover their short position and then let the true value of NTEK correct itself. My fear is that there are a number of MM's that are 100's of millions of shares short and they have gotten so greedy that they can't cover the position and their only course of action to take is to continue the attempts to take NTEK down.
