It would be totally unfair to change the date of the NTGL effective date. There are many people who owned shared in February who don't own any shares now (my father for one). Then you have the people who have just bought in recently who would prosper from such a move (400 million shares worth). If you want to talk about something the SEC would frown upon it would be changing the effective date. It would totally undermine the credibility of NTEK. I understand that this change is just a speculation but it is totally ludicrous in my mind and it should not even be speculated on.
