If I have time.....but on the face of this, on the first document the court states that COR did not respond in a timely fashion to the Benjamin Riley motion I'm guessing.

The good news is that even though they have denied the brief submitted by Riley, the court is taking into full consideration the information it contains regarding appointing a receiver.

My friend thinks we're having lunch to catch up........not go pro bono..... Lol
