Lots of startups don't make money.
If there is an issue it would be viability (at least if an auditor is going to put their name on it) I have heard of companies being spun off and promptly issuing their own shares to obtain funding.

Are we about to hear the reason why the audit for NTGL was delayed and will it be a real enough reason? Will the close date for transfer of NTGL be brought forward to the date an auditor is willing to acknowledge NTGL as not a sham??
Is this even an issue?
If the spinoff of NTGL is going to force nakeds to fold, then I want that transaction to be effective now, not back in February. I want it to cover ALL of these jerks i month before 2015 Christmas shopping begins.
