So how do you think that works BH
I am the owner of the share as far as I am concerned. If my share was created by a broker, am I the owner / voter, or is the seller?
Who made the comment about Management having Preferred shares and not being outvoted? Where does that come from? I havent seen anything that looks preferred. Show me the light.
