What is the incentive for people to invest via crowdfunder? I know virtually nothing about the reason to donate to Baltia via crowdfunder. Does this cause greater dilution of the stock price? Why should anyone do this? Ten million dollars is almost half the present value of the company.

Help me understand why someone should join the crowd rather than buy stock.
