I think it is pretty clear by now that Baltia neither Failed nor Passed and is awaiting the decision from DC. I can't understand why people are using the word "appeal". Nowhere has the word been mentioned by Baltia. And as far as I'm concerned, the only reason to appeal is if a decision has been made which we all know has not. Bashers are really getting desperate.
