CRGP - My take, after reading the doc, what I'm seeing is a court very sympathetic to the us, the shareholders......although they are not allowing Benjamin's brief as a motion they are construing it as an objection to the appointment of a receiver and are also taking all of the information it contained into consideration. They also noted that COR did not respond to it in a timely fashion. Just my opinion based on the order.
