I am thinking today's court update is HCs rewrite of the tribunal record because they were refusing to give it to Cen Bio earlier to protect someone or something included in it from being made public. Maybe they have since edited it to give it to Cen Bio per a court order. My understanding of the steps is that we are at the point of considering cross examination? Unles that is conducted behind closed judicial doors.
