They (whoever they is) need to go after CRGP and its as simple as that. Otherwise all gains as well as losses need to be thrown back in to the pot. Including the short profits! I got a $44,187 and I not onlydo I have nothing to show for it but I have even further losses. Someone made that $44,187. Who was that? If they want to check records that's only fair?
