No I plan to end up having to pay a fair amount of income tax but also will roll some in to a couple bushiness ventures and some charity to ultimately reduce my tax burden. I wont roll all out of my regular IRA it will be all about the math and a good accountant. Will have to plan the roll on a bad year of course.
