Was looking through the BLTA filings for other registration of stock as large as the form D. I found, just as a point of interest not implying anything, BLTA filed a S-3 on 12/26/07 for a little over $10 million.

On 8/21/09 BLTA put out an 8K stating they completed a purchase agreement for a Boeing 747 aircraft
