The only point I was making was that it is being said that the reason we are not getting anything done is because of $40 oil. My point was that $40 oil only hurts us when we sell oil when we bought the leases when oil was $100. If we buy oil wells when oil is $40, we can make money because the price of the Wells are much cheaper.. Simple economics. $40 oil is a good thing for us, not bad.
