goodbuddy, have you updated the operating system? Over the summer, my UF app was wiped off the t.v (as were the other apps that I downloaded to the t.v.)
Your t.v IS UF friendly.
press menu on your smart hub remote,
scroll down to support
scroll to the right and select "software Update" then "update now" and the t.v. will do the rest.
when you need to install UF, i just went to the search feature and searched "UltraFlix"
When you get to that part, lemme know I'll tell you how to do it.
