I've never had a problem with HQ paying the management team, they need to make a living if they are to get the company certified. But, I will agree that the salaries are a little ridiculous....15% commission is beyond ethical. Barry earned a shit ton of money last year. They need to have salary caps until the company is earning revenue. Company first.
