In short, I requested they update us on FB to reassure investors that in fact the evac has not yet been decided on but that the FAA is working dilligently to get the paperwork processed. Silence is the company's worst enemy.
Seriously - it's a 90 second task. How and why would it take 90+ days to process it? Either rule it a pass or fail and move on. How many millions of dollars has Baltia had to spend to keep the company alive during this time? It's absolutely insane.
