an R/S wont work on this market to raise funds. They will just drive the stock price down to where it is now and it won't raise any capital. If we were on the Nasdaq....it might be ok....not in the pinks.

Agreed about just raising the A/S instead or the RS for now and buyback some stock later once the revenue stream stabilizes (though I would prefer to see the money re-invested into the company.) We need to find a way to get rid of the convertible debt for more money on more favorable terms.
