rule of thumb for me after *documenting* for years .. is they work their current
pattern .. within a window that almost always runs @ the 13 day mark

it can be 11 or 15 .. but it's a good rule of thumb to note

they are literally (yet again) scraping the bottom of the barrel with ETRF showing
best on ask ..

entities have squat .. now we just need an *articulate and informative* update filed out of P2O

unfortunately while entities have squat .. unlike retail they have *access*
and that access with other colluding entities is a daily (probably hourly)
ongoing ability to *outlast* ..

imo every investor should be emailing mgmt .. i have no issues with *real time*
aka real world realities .. impacting aspects .. but i want consistent updates
out of mgmt

i have not forgotten that since 2009 .. various entities' actively working against every aspect of P2O
and the *impact* that would have in the aggregate re: mgmt's ability to execute

lastly

watch to see what they have to mark today .. particularly of note >> sub 30%
or plus 30%
