They aren't new. They relate back to Magna's purchase of around 3,056 shares of Series H on September 30.
We will see additional prospectus supplements covering those shares as time goes on. They have only issued a prospectus supplement covering 165 shares of Series H and today's prospectus supplement covering 330 shares of Series H.
