If this post is correct then we have no Canadian Deal and no revs. And maybe no 10K filing if there is no money though TS was to get it done.

As you know, I am the attorney for Treaty Energy Corporation so please direct all future communications to me regarding your Judgment in this matter.
As for your Judgment, which has no valid legal or factual basis, I am sure you are aware that Treaty Energy has no assets or income which it can use to pay your claim. Indeed, Treaty Energy has had no production and has not generated any revenue for over a year. Further, there are already over $2 million in judgments against Treaty Energy, all of which take precedence over your judgment from the Las Vegas small claims court.
Finally, even though Treaty Energy does not have money available to pay my time or expenses to fly to Las Vegas, I will provide you with whatever documents you request and be available by telephone to answer your questions during the Judgment Debtor Examination on November 16.
