People are coming up with the $4.20 opening price by taking the $.006 current selling price of FITX times the 700 share quantity specified for the split. Which equals roughly $4.20 as the opening price value for the new CEN Bio shares. This may or may not happen... The main thing is to get the opening price above $4.00 and hold it there or above for at least 30 days which I think is a requirement to list on the NYSE. Personally I think it will open somewhat higher than that...because there are only 7,000,000 of the new shares available, and most of those are going to already be spoken for by the current shareholders. IMHO...
