Just what I have said before. They need something to pull up the price or our stake in the company will be meaningless low.
The things I see that are remotely possible at this point are -
1. DX strategic transaction
2. ESS government funding (large)
3. New more favorable financing
I guess you could throw in sale of the tax credit, but I don't think that would do enough to turn us around.
Without something major, the toxic holders will continue to drive down the price.
What is concerning to me is how GC seemingly backed off his statements of a DX transaction and possible uplist in Q4. Almost like someone backed out of deal negotiations.
If that is not the case, GC would be well served to clarify that negotiations are on-going and a Q4 deal is still a possibility.
