I've been through a couple of these proxy votes before and usually you know what is being proposed to vote on (increase in shares, mergers ,etc.), If it is a merger, what about Harmonic, small float, just becoming profitable, and is compatible with NTEK's business plan. If it is a buyout, most likely for a nice premium, since a buyout was not going to even being considered a few months ago.
