The fiscal year for TBEV ended 7-31-15. From what I can tell they have 90 days to file the 10K. The last 10-k however wasn't filed until 1-23-2015. So it should be filed before the end of the month if it's filed on time. Keep in mind last years 10k was filed late.
The 10-Q is due within 45 days of 7-31-2015, which would be around Sept. 15, 2015. It appears this 10-Q is also behind schedule.
I'm not a pro at reading filings so someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
