We have to find more millions for Paramount similar deals. This is our side of the bargain, and we have to do it now and we have to make it look easy.
We make the deals and upload mass quantities of content and we get to retain our independence amid billion dollar whales that can swallow us in one bite.
Winston, love your DD, but this 8-10 mill is needed NOW. The 400,000,000 shares are for legal fees
The recap they have in mind is some sort of "current shareholders first" offer to allow us to say no to retaining our current market share. Or pony up money roughly equivalent to todays current market value.
The only issue for us is whether we buy shares now at todays price or keep our money and buy after the company describes the offers that are on our plate.
That is my .02$.
