I emailed Jerry and the CEO today in question to the financials. Jerry was kind enough to email me back the following ;
"We are doing the best we can on the audit. Unfortunately I will never give timing again when it is in the hands of someone else. It will be soon is all I can say. I can assure you it is not bad.

I understand, sometimes people get excited and assume that they can trust someone else to deliver on time as promised. Have faith Jerry, long term shareholders will wait!
