It should be positive because it is just a "review" of what's been reported and should contain no more than minor changes. Most importantly it will contain more information and will be viewed as factual and complete by those waiting in the wings with large chunks of investment capital. It will also qualify them for up-listing which is the "flag" that those investors are looking for. The unknown progress will be in the quarterly report due mid November, but it should be nice.
