The SEC suit is about securities fraud, not the failure to file financial filings and the grey's. The latter cannot be resolved unless there is a positive outcome with the securities fraud case and of course with all filings filed complete and truthful. Anybody really think that is possible with the fraud committed by Treaty Energy?
