Why do you use the term promised? I'm feeling a bit frustrated with the delay myself, but they never promised they would be out before now, they said they hoped they would have it out by the October 26th shareholder's meeting. You got mad at me before for pointing it out, but that is a game the bashers play, twisting the words of company officials into things that were never said.
