Busy elsewhere myself too - DSUS is a sound long-term play for me.
The company has already got the replacement website up and running. It is evident from Facebook statements and photos that both the ProSearch XLF and ProSearch Elite are being manufactured to a higher specification now.
Presumably they are continuing to demonstrate their products to potential customers but clearly some momentum will have been lost with the diversion of effort needed to deal with the situation caused by the miscreant consultant and associate(s).
