I've asked myself many of these same questions. Unfortunately, I haven't come up with any answers. I think Gerald is the only one who can address these.

Over the past few days, I've read many posts by shareholders who have passionately stated their case on why we should all support the increase.

If the company is in such dire straits and on the verge of bankruptcy, then there is one person who I expect to also be making a case for supporting these measures. And that's Gerald.

To date, we haven't heard from him. If he doesn't make at least one passionate attempt to garner support for this, it will tell me everything I need to know.
