The company has said the trial has shown effectiveness against cancers.
They said that the dosing had reached a point where the increase in dose was not longer equal to the increase in effectiveness. That is why the decided not to continue increase dose. They do not need to meet MTD to have K do what it is good at. That was some of the best news released and it was buried quickly.
This is great news today and look forward to saving many lives!
