That'd be great!
Whatever the case may be in a possible spin-off, so long as NTEK/UltraFlix and it's shareholders are the clear winner I'm for it. Mind you, not a bullshit winner but a crystal clear, 4K clear winner. If not, I'm against it and I'll be very vocal about it.
Remember this:
1. NTEK has 2 million in convertible debt, that's it!
2. NTEK doesn't have any preferred shares! We're all equal (w/the exception of restricted shares)
3. NTEK doesn't need to continue to raise money to exist, they're doing it to expand quickly, stay ahead of the curve and solidify being number 1 in the 4K streaming space!
4. Revenue and profits are growing fast RIGHT NOW and will accelerate as new platforms are added!
5. Mergers without proper business synergies as well as cultural similarities are destined to fail! It can be tricky. I'd hate to F things up at NTEK because of an F'ed up MERGER.
6. A spin-off similar to Gaming Labs is a distinct possibility but that too can be tricky.
