What am I not getting about this latest toxic loan? They borrowed less than 3 mil to pay off the Cayman Island scam Discover fund and signed an equally bad loan that is forcing them to increase the AS count to 150m or suffer severe penalties that could cause them to file for BK?

This really sucks but I'll vote yes to keep them from filing for BK but I now want a new CEO and CFO to run this broken, mismanaged company with a great pipeline.h
