Sometimes it's not easy for a small company to get financing. In some cases the only ways to get working capital is through offering shares of stock or convertible financing on unfavorable terms.

An angel investor or a partnership deal with another company are other ways as well...Hopefully the restructuring plan will come up with another alternative.
