Whoa there big fella.
Harmonic DOES have annual audited financial statements. Their last annual statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers, which, according to Wikipedia
Please, when you read that a statement is "Unaudited", check to determine if it is a Quarterly or Annual. In fifty+ years of investing, and nearly as many auditing, I have never come across an audited quarterly statement.
This maybe makes Harmonic a bit more interesting. I forget who said it, but it's still true --- time will tell, always does.
