Recapitalization is great if it means we can get more money for %company issued vs what we have been doing with royal capital convetible bullshit. They take a huge premium. It is not realistic how much premium they take in pennyworld. For a legit company to keep convertible debt for pennies on the dollar is not right, so they are probably trying to fix that somehow. GO GREEN!! GO NTEK!
