Yep. Need to keep it about the company not reference them specifically. Just say "the post" instead of "their post" etc.
It's hard not to just cuss them out, but remember... they make money off it. So don't reply to their posts, just start new ones. And always make it about the company and thoughts/opinions rather than individuals.
