Let's talk about the serious matter at hand.
How do they ever expect to reach a quorum this time.?
If they don't reach a quorum, which the series H required, what happens then?
Will they imposed another R/S to try and uplist?
This has gotten ugly beyond belief.
Gerald needs to man up and step down as CEO. He has lost all his credibility.
