If they need more shares, why not offer a 2:1 split. Every shareholder would own the same percent of the companies shares. Naturally the price would drop by 1/2 but it is usually taken by investors to be a positive move. Also,t shares would be cheaper enticing investors to buy. Additionally, dropping a few PR's with all that's in the pipeline, the price would obviously rise giving the company the capital they need to keep moving forward.
