Hey man, they want two partial trades so they can charge Two different $10 Dollar Fees.
They want to get rich too.

TDAmeritrade has done that to me several times.
I just look at the Volume and make my decision which option to choose now.
If they[the stock] are trading a huge Volume, I put all or none.
If it's a tight Small Volume then I don't put any stipulation in the order.
