I agree with what you are saying. The only, thing I can think, about the 49er deal, is that if it goes well, the nfl may allow live uhd streaming.

That said, I don't know how they would circumvent current tv deals regarding showing nfl games. Networks pay billions to show nfl games. Sooo, there's that.
