Possible, but, he didn't seem all that technical. Keep in mind that who ever hacked their email system had to either know the password to the admin or Joel's account, or, they had to be familiar with password cracking software and how to get it. That didn't seem like a skill Peter would have had. I could be wrong. Just my observation.
