The twitter message said that the CEO is planning on ssuing guidance, if he does that he would have to talk about the filings and the toxic debt, IMO. I believe that Veal and the founders are people of character, and that they have investors backs. I know the silence , and even more , not knowing what's going on with the company other then some tweets is making people loose faith, I say just let the company play out whatever the plan may be, my gut tells me there will be some incredibly happy people doing cartwheels on their front lawn.
