Authorized IS NOT EQUAL to oustanding or float share. So, you don't evaluate the value of pps based on that. Besides, there are nasdaq companies that increased authorized shares to 5 billion but it doesn't mean it's trading and should affect the pps until it's on the float or oust anding shares.
