Rosen will drag this on as long as possible. The cabal that *of course* they can't possibly be a part of, will want to try to keep the price down as long as possible so they can finish covering as cheaply as they can.

Anyone with any experience with the legal system will tell you that things almost always take many times longer than you'd think they possibly could. If we have a response within a month from Rosen I'll be surprised.

That doesn't mean that they're not screwed -- they are -- it's just that it will take a while before they admit it. They'll be looking for some face-saving way to withdraw. Reminiscent of the old joke -- "Withdraw, like your father should have."
