I agree GB, The fact that they were loading UF at a
very fast pace last week and then since Saturday
no uploads this week tells me also went to working
on something else very big. Then this A/S news tonite
makes it all clear imo they had to get this out in
order for everything else they have planned to
really work together to complete the business
model of getting on all these platforms and implementing
the major marketing campaign, announcing
the next big content deal, and anything else going
on like the mobile apps and so on....

The bottomline is if you believed they could hit the
$70M 2016 projection before today then all the A/S
raise does in guarantee it even more, because now
they have all the reserve capital they will need to
make any deal happen that comes along for them.
