I'm very familiar with the legal process. Don't listen to those liars over at the other site. They are claiming that today's letter was a failed "pathetic" effort -- that supposedly CTIX should have gone directly to court.

That is absolutely wrong and a lie. This is the normal initial step before going to court -- give the other side a chance to back down. It saves everyone a lot of effort, and lets CTIX focus on the principal actors in the cabal. If CTIX's lawyers did NOT send this demand letter, it might be considered malpractice for not acting in the best interests of the client -- those same people would say "The Ashcroft Firm is trying to run up CTIX's legal fees."

I shouldn't assume that all the people posting this idiocy are liars. Some of them are probably just stupid, ill-informed, and acting out of their personal animosity to some of the corporation's officers.

It's quite amusing that these low-lifes are pontificating that the law firm of a former U.S. Attorney General is behaving unprofesionally. Fools.
